If you would like to provide oral comments to the Board of Supervisors by phone during the upcoming Board meeting, please complete the form below prior to the scheduled opening time of the session or prior to the time that public comment begins on the item if the item has not been adopted without discussion. This will ensure the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is aware you wish to speak on that item.

Be sure to select the correct agenda item number you want to speak to the Board about.

Spanish language translation services for public speakers are available at Board of Supervisors meetings. Additional languages identified as languages with a Substantial Number of Limited English-Speaking Persons in the County (currently defined as Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), Korean, Persian (incl. Farsi, Dari), Somali, Spanish, Tagalog (incl. Filipino), and Vietnamese) may be made available upon request to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at least 72 hours prior to the meeting (refer to Board Policy A-139 for additional information). Please contact the Clerk’s office at (619) 531-5434 or via e-mail at PublicComment@sdcounty.ca.gov.

**Non-Agenda Public Communication: This is an opportunity for members of the public to speak to the Board on any subject matter within the Board’s jurisdiction, but not an item on the agenda. Request to speak under Non-Agenda Public Communication must be submited prior to the scheduled opening time of the session. The first five callers will be heard at the beginning of the session. All remaining callers will be heard at the conclusion of the session. Each speaker will be allowed two minutes to speak. (Refer to Rule 4 of the Board's Rules of Procedure.)
