Community Enhancement Program

The purpose of Community Enhancement funding is to encourage organizations and activities that promote and generate tourism and/or economic development within San Diego County.

The Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Community Enhancement application submission period is now open. The deadline to submit applications is March 1, 2019.

Organizations may electronically submit testimony for their request of Community Enhancement grant funding at http://budget.sandiegocounty.gov or by including a hyperlink in the appropriate box of the application.  Unlike prior years, no formal, in-person hearings will be dedicated to Community Enhancement (CE) grant funding.  Organizations with a strong desire to address the Board in-person may do so during the County's public budget hearings.
