The California Youth Crisis Line is a 24/7 statewide emergency response system for youth (ages 12-24) and families in crisis. Professionally trained staff and volunteer counselors respond to calls regarding thoughts of suicide, depression, bullying, health and identity questions, trauma, human trafficking or any teen-related struggle. Translation services are available for multiple languages.

(Formerly known as the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline; the lifeline phone number 1(800) 273-8255 will always remain available) The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is 24/7 a national network of local crisis centers that provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress.

The Trevor Project Lifeline is the only national 24/7 crisis intervention and suicide prevention lifeline for LGBTQ young people under the age of 25. Services are also offered via TrevorChat and TrevorText, both are free, confidential, secure services to communicate with trained Trevor counselors for support.

Trans Lifeline’s Hotline is a peer support service run by trans people, for trans and questioning callers. Operators are located all over the U.S. and are all trans-identified. They provide support for anyone in crisis or just need someone to talk to, even if it’s about questioning whether they are trans.

It's Up to Us is a San Diego access and crisis line to help San Diegans talk openly about mental health, recognize signs of challenges, find local resources, and seek support. Trained and experienced counselors are available 24/7 to provide support, referrals, and crisis intervention.

The National Sexual Assault Hotline is a safe and confidential service. The hotline connects callers to a sexual assault service provider in their area. Callers receive confidential support from a trained staff member, support finding local health facilities, local resources, etc. This hotline is operated by the Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network (RAINN).

Highly trained advocates are available 24/7 to offer support, information and advocacy to young people who have questions or concerns about their dating relationships. Love Is Respect is a project of the National Domestic Violence Hotline to empower youth to prevent and end dating abuse.

The National Domestic Violence Hotline provides highly trained advocates that are available to talk 24/7 confidentially with anyone experiencing domestic violence, seeking resources or information, or questioning unhealthy aspects of their relationship.

The National Human Trafficking Hotline connects victims and survivors of sex and labor trafficking with services and supports to get help and stay safe. The hotline receives tips about potential situations of sex and labor trafficking and facilitates reporting that information to the appropriate authorities in certain cases. The hotline is available 24/7 and provides services in various languages.

The Child Abuse Hotline is a staffed by trained Social Workers who
receive reports from mandated reporters or concerned citizens about
child abuse and neglect or children who believe they are being abused.
The Hotline Social Worker will do an immediate assessment of the
referral and if the child is determined to be at risk, a social worker
is assigned to investigate.
