Pizzuto Residence Minor Grading Plan

The project is a minor grading plan to address the grading violation for a residential parcel. The proposed project will permit previously completed, unauthorized grading. All earthwork has already occurred, and no additional grading or construction is proposed. The plan documents an even cut and fill of approximately 1,207 cubic yards on a 40‑acre site, reflecting the work completed in the field. The site is vacant. Access would be provided by a private driveway connecting to Deer Springs Place, private road. The project is located at 2755 North Deer Springs Place within the Twin Oaks Community of the North County Metropolitan Subregional Plan area of the unincorporated San Diego County. 

Comments on the proposed findings and associated analysis must be received no later than September 8 at 4:00 p.m due to the Labor Day holiday on September 7 (a 34-day public review period).
