The Do-It-Yourself Sustainability Toolkit Program loans toolkits at no cost to unincorporated residents to help identify simple ways to reduce energy and water use at home, lower utility bills, and live more sustainably.
The San Diego Solar Equity Program covers up to 100% of the cost for installing solar systems on income-qualified households in disadvantaged unincorporated areas. The program has recently expanded to include duplex, triplex, and quadplex units.
The Compost Voucher Program provides vouchers to growers purchasing eligible compost for delivery within the unincorporated area.
Apply Now! Vouchers will be awarded on a first-come,
first-served basis.
CropSWAP is a regional incentive program that helps growers transition from high-water-use crops to more water-efficient and climate-resilient options.
