Fix your broken items for free and learn new skills! Join the San Diego Fixit Clinic at the San Diego County Fallbrook Branch Library (124 S Mission Rd, Fallbrook, CA 92028) on Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 12pm - 3 pm . Walk-ins welcome, please arrive at least one hour before closing. First come, first served!

• Repair road and mountain bikes

Please join us in Alpine on Saturday, February 28, 2026, for the Unincorporated San Diego Residential Cleanup Event at Joan MacQueen Middle School (2001 Tavern Road, Alpine, CA 91901) from 8am – 12pm or until capacity is reached.

Unincorporated residents are invited to properly dispose of bulky items, electronic waste, broken appliances, water heaters, recyclable materials, green waste, mattresses and box springs, scrap metal, and tires (up to 9 passenger tires per vehicle). Please call 1-877-713-2784 to request preapproval for loads of more than 9 tires. No tires with rims will be accepted. No tires from businesses.

The event will also include free mulch for takeaway, paper shredding services, and will accept reusable items for donation.

Household Hazardous Waste (HHW), construction materials, and business waste WILL NOT be accepted.

This event is open to Unincorporated County of San Diego residents only.
