Board Policies
In addition to ordinances, the District receives guidance on a variety of policy matters related to sewer services, planning and development, and financial criteria in the form of Board Policies. There are ten Board Policies related to sewer issues that are available for download, click here or on the adjacent table to view polices.
The Sewer Lateral Policy - Board Policy F-16 - is one of the most frequently asked about policies. It delineates property owner responsibilities related to sewer lateral problems.
