Conservation Subdivision Program

The information on this page is the April 2010 Version of the Draft Conservation Subdivision Program, the latest version of the Draft General Plan documents are available under the October 20, 2010 Board of Supervisors Hearing Page.

Part of the General Plan is the Draft Conservation Subdivision Program, which first was distributed to the Steering Committee and Interest Group as a complete draft program in May 2009 and has been revised and distributed for public review beginning on July 1, 2009.  The original draft Program is available below, along with examples of how the program is anticipated to effect subdivisions, comments and questions can directed to Joe Farace at 858-694-3690 or joeseph.farace@sdcounty.ca.gov.
