General Plan Update Maps

Proposed General Plan Circulation Element Road Network

On August 2, 2006 (3), the Board of Supervisors accepted the General Plan Update's Circulation Element (CE) Road Network maps, with some exceptions. The CE Road Network maps support buildout of either the August 2006 Draft Land Use Map or Draft Referral Map. The differences to the network required to accommodate buildout of the Draft Referral Map are shown in inset boxes and the matrices located in the Segment Descriptions. The SANDAG traffic model maps indicates level of service (LOS) and traffic volumes resulting from the proposed road network.  Road classification information can be found in the General Plan Update Circulation Element Framework.

The proposed Mobility Element Network is available in the draft General Plan Appendix.
