Circulation
LOS D will be the standard for Circulation Element roads, greater than residential collectors.
LOS C will be the standard for residential collectors and smaller roads.

San Diego County Library Services Standards:

Small library (up to 4,000 sq. ft) serves up to 10,999 population 5 books/resident, .5 sq. ft/resident

Mini-medium library (4,000-7,100 sq. ft) serves 11,000-29,999 population 3.5 books/resident, .5 sq. ft/resident

Medium library (7,100-15,000 sq. ft) serves 30,000-54,999 population 3 books/resident, .5 sq. ft/resident
-
Large library (15,000-30,000 sq. ft) serves 55,000-89,999 population 3 books/resident, .5 sq. ft/resident
-
Reference library: (30,000+ sq. ft) serves 90,000+ population 3 books/resident, .5 sq. ft/resident
Parks
Local : 10.5 acres per 1000 population (0.5 acres mini-parks, 2
acres neighborhood parks, 8 acres community parks)
Regional: 15

Floodways
100% protection of floodways. No encroachment allowed except for
public infrastructure (bridges, pipelines, etc.)

Floodplains
100% protection of floodplains. Preserve as much as legally allowed
without a taking occurring.

Steep Slopes
Accepted current Resource Protection Ordinance standards: 80-90%
preservation of slopes >25% with a vertical rise of 50 feet.
50% yield reduction for slopes 25-50% and 75% yield reduction for
slopes >50%*

100% yield reduction*
