Greens Storage Habitat Loss Permit

The County of San Diego is proposing to adopt the following Habitat Loss Permit in accordance with Division 6 of Title 8 of the San Diego County Code and the Natural Community Conservation Planning (NCCP) Process Guidelines. The proposed Habitat Loss Permit, includes the findings required pursuant to Section 4.2.g. of the NCCP Process Guidelines. The Habitat Loss Permit is required due to the removal of 1.1 acres of coastal sage scrub associated with the Greens Storage Escondido Grading Permit (PDS2016-LDGRMJ-30062). The project is located between Interstate 15 and North Centre City Parkway within the Hidden Meadows Community/Regional Planning Area within the unincorporated area of San Diego County
Comments on the draft Habitat Loss Permit approval must be received no later than February 3, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. (a 45-day public review period).Please utilize the file links located on this website to view the documents.
