Bradley Apartment Complex

The proposed project involves major grading for the
construction of a 60-unit apartment complex, including 5 units
reserved for very low-income households under a density bonus
agreement. The grading plan is designed to be balanced, with a cut and
fill volume of 7,500 cubic yards, eliminating the need for soil
imports or exports. The site is located at E. Bradley Ave within the
Lakeside Community Planning area, will be accessed via a private
driveway connecting to E. Bradley Ave, a public road. Utility services
will be provided by the Wintergardens Sanitation District and the
Helix Water District for sanitation and water needs, respectively.
Additionally, the project includes around 33 linear feet of off-site
improvements for a sewer connection extension. The site adheres to the
General Plan's Regional Category Village Residential, with a Land Use
Designation of Village Residential (VR-15) 15 DU/AC and is zoned
Residential Variable (RV).
Comments on the proposed findings and associated analysis must be received no later than March 18, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. (a 30-day public disclosure notice period).
