The County of San Diego Department of Agriculture, Weights & Measures investigates complaints against managed honey bee colonies located in the unincorporated areas of the County. Submit a form if you have information related to a managed honey bee colony violation. If the complaint falls within one of the eighteen incorporated cities, please contact the city's code enforcement division to file a complaint.
