Annual Trainings Who Must Complete? Training Link Training Completion Dates
Beneficiary Rights Direct Webinar Within 60 days of hire.
Communicable Diseases All (except MD) Program discretion Communicable Disease Liaison provides training to staff at least once every 6 months.
Confidentiality All RIHS Within 60 days of hire.
CPR, Infant CPR, AED, First Aid (Biennial - every 2 years) Direct Program discretion Within 90 days of hire.
Cultural Competency including CLAS All Minimum 4 hours annually via RIHS, in-service, or outside trainings

New employees have 1 year to complete the required cultural competency training. 

Volunteers who have served or are expected to serve 100 or more hours at the program must meet the requirement.

National Voter Registration (NVRA) Direct Secretary of State Within 60 days of hire.
Perinatal Services Network Guidelines Peri Outpatient & Residential Webinar Within 60 days of hire.

Drug Testing Protocols UA Program discretion All staff conducting drug testing shall be trained prior to testing.
