Substance Use Outpatient Services
Outpatient treatment is the lowest intensity level of care. It may be the right service for you if you are not in immediate crisis but need ongoing and structured support for a substance use disorder.
Getting treatment at an outpatient program typically involves scheduled appointments with licensed professionals. These sessions take place at community clinics across the county. The goal is to provide treatment and support to someone without the need for residential care or hospitalization.
There are programs available for adults, youth, and people who need specialized care who have Medi-Cal or are Medi-Cal eligible, including those with low income.
To see if these services are right for you or a loved one:
- Read about the programs below,
- Text or call 9-8-8 for the 988 Lifeline, or
- Dial 1-888-724-7240 for the Access and Crisis Line
