The proposed project includes site grading and construction for a two-story 8,979 square-foot (sf) single-family residence with a basement, attached garage, and associated improvements on an approximately 2.41-acre site. Construction of the project would include site grading and excavation. Grading consists of approximately 1,700 cubic yards (cy) of cut, 4,100 cy of fill, and 2,600 cy of import. The project is located at 16785 Artesian Breeze Way within the San Dieguito Community Planning Area within unincorporated San Diego County
