At the conclusion of the Planning Commission Hearing on April 16, 2010 the Planning Commission Recommended approval of the General Plan Update to the Board of Supervisors, with the direction for staff to prepare a Transfer of Development Rights Program and bring it back to the Planning Commission prior to the Board of Supervisors. The Planning Report shows the updated staff recommendation for Land Use Changes, revisions to the General Plan Document, Community Plans and Mobility Element Recommendations. Additionally in advance of the hearing the Revised General Plan Document, Draft Environmental Impact Report and Responses to Comments were made available.
