South Village Storage Major Grading Plan

The proposed project involves site grading and construction of a self‑storage facility on an approximately 4.32‑acre site. The facility would include eight storage buildings totaling approximately 69,742 square feet (sf), along with associated internal roadways, landscaping, and stormwater drainage improvements, including an infiltration basin. Construction activities would require approximately 12,115 cubic yards (cy) of cut, 29,050 cy of fill, 4,113 cy of undercut, and 12,822 cy of imported material. APN: 186-230-88-00 & 186-230-89-00. The South Village Storage project is located at 28010 Valley Center Road within the Valley Center Community Plan area of the unincorporated San Diego County.
