The project is a major grading plan for residential and private equestrian development. The project involves the excavation of 50,600 cubic yards, fill of 50,600 cubic yards and no import or export of material. The project is located at Via Viejas Oeste within the Alpine Community Planning Area within the unincorporated area of San Diego County.
