New Case Management System - Now Live!

The Housing Authority of the County of San Diego (HACSD) is excited to announce that our New Case Management System, Yardi, is now live. All applicants currently on a wait list can now access their information through the RentCafe Portal.

Upcoming Project Based Voucher Waitlist Openings

HACSD will be opening waitlists for two new Project-Based Voucher (PBV) developments:

If you are interested in applying, you may submit an application between March 9 and March 20, 2026. Applicants will be selected through a lottery system. Please note that there is no advantage to applying on the first day.

Important Note: You can register in the RentCafe Portal at any time using the “Apply for Rental Assistance” button below, but applications for the new waitlists will only be available between March 9 and March 20, 2026.

All other waitlists will remain closed.
