Pesticide Use Reports

All businesses that have an operator ID number, restricted materials permit, or pest control business license must submit a Pesticide Use Report (PUR) for each month in which they apply pesticides. Registered pest control businesses must submit reports even for months in which they did not use any pesticides. 

PURs can be submitted online through CalAgPermits, a free web-based program. All PURs are due by the 10th day of the next month.
