Board of Supervisors Meeting Request to Speak (via teleconference) on Tuesday, April 9, 2024

If you would like to provide oral comments to the Board of Supervisors by phone during the upcoming Board meeting, please complete the form below prior to the scheduled opening time of the session or prior to the time that public comment begins on the item if the item has not been adopted without discussion. This will ensure the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is aware you wish to speak on that item.

Be sure to select the correct agenda item number you want to speak to the Board about.

After completing the form, you’ll get instructions on how to call in to the upcoming Board meeting.

To submit a written comment, please use the eComment service which is the most direct way to voice your opinion for upcoming Board meeting agenda items.

This is how we will identify you, so be sure your phone number is entered correctly.

All agenda items listed under this section are considered to be routine and will be acted upon with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Board of Supervisors or the Chief Administrative Officer so requests, in which event, the item will be considered separately in its normal sequence.
