Board of Supervisors Meeting Request to Speak (via teleconference)
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) public health emergency, the County of San Diego has made several changes to Board of Supervisors meetings to protect the public's health and prevent the disease from spreading. Per the Governor’s executive order to stay home, in person participation at Board of Supervisors meetings is not allowed at this time. The public may participate in the meetings via teleconference instead of attending in person.
If you would like to provide oral comments to the Board of Supervisors during the upcoming Board meeting, please complete the form before the meeting starts. This will ensure the Board of Supervisors is aware you wish to speak on that item. Alternatively, you can submit an eComment, which is the most direct way to voice your opinion for a Board of Supervisors agenda item.
Please review the meeting agenda before submitting the Request to Speak form because you will need to identify the agenda item and your position on the item.
After completing the form, you’ll get instructions on how to call in to the upcoming Board meeting.
