A Message from the Creator

Sachi

“Hi! I’m Sachi, I started this project after realizing how many students (including myself) were struggling with their mental health but didn’t have the resources or support they needed. Seeing this gap on my own campus made me want to create something accessible, practical, and helpful. I hope this toolkit empowers you to take charge of your well-being and build habits that make a lasting impact. You deserve support, you deserve care, and most of all, you deserve to put yourself first."
