Harbison Canyon TPM

The project includes a Tentative Parcel Map (Record ID: PDS2022-TPM-21316).

The project is a Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) to subdivide one lot into four residential lots and a remainder parcel. The project consists of one legal lot totaling approximately 12.37 acres. The project site is located at 2030 Harbison Canyon in the Crest-Dehesa Community Planning area, within unincorporated San Diego County. The site is subject to the General Plan Regional Category Semi-Rural, Land Use Designation Semi-Rural Residential (SR-1). Zoning for the site is General Agricultural (A72). The site is developed with an existing single family home on parcel 4 and one single family home on the remainder parcel. Access to Parcels will be provided by a private road easement that connects to Harbison Canyon Road a County maintained road. The project would be served by on-site septic systems, and water will be provided from the Padre Dam Municipal Water District. No extension of water utilities will be required by the project. Earthwork consists of 12,700 cubic yards cut and 11,400 cubic yards fill.
