Oro Verde Tentative Parcel Map

The project is a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide one legal lot of approximately 51.2 acres into two residential parcels. The property is located at 2000 Oro Verde Road within the North County Metro Community Planning Area of unincorporated San Diego County. It is designated Semi-Rural Residential (SR-2) in the General Plan and zoned Limited Agricultural (A70).

The site is currently developed with an existing agricultural grove, which will be retained. Access to Parcel 1 will be provided from Oro Verde Road via Vista Lucia, a private road. Parcel 2 will be accessed through a private easement across Parcel 1. Both parcels will be served by on-site septic systems, with imported water supplied by the Escondido Water District. No grading or utility infrastructure extensions are proposed as part of this project.
