The County of San Diego Behavioral Health Services has programs for children and youth who need mental health or substance use treatment. These include services that may be linked to or provided at designated schools, including pre-K, elementary, middle, and high schools.

SchooLink
SchooLink provides mental health and substance use services to eligible students at designated schools. Services are tailored to each student’s and their family's needs and can be provided at school, in the community, or via telehealth.
Eligibility is based on medical necessity and includes students who are on Medi-Cal, low-income, or uninsured/underinsured. Families can request a screening through the student's school or by calling the Access and Crisis Line at 888-724-7240.
