Planning Commission Hearing - November 6,19 & 20 & December 6, 2010

General Plan Update Planning Commission Recommendation on Draft Text, Land Use Maps. Road Network, Community Plans, Implementation Plan and Conservation Subdivision Program

The Department initiated public hearings on the General Plan Update on November 6, 19, and 20, and December 4, 2009. The Planning Commission Report and Presentations below include Staff Recommendations for the Land Use Map, General Plan Document, Road Network and Implementation Plan.

Additional hearings on the General Plan Update were held through a set of hearings on February 19 & March 12, 2010, as well as the final Planning Commission Hearing on the General Plan Update on April 19, 2010, where the Planning Planning Commission Recommended approval of the General Plan Update to the Board of Supervisors, with the direction for staff to prepare a Transfer of Development Rights Program and bring it back to the Planning Commission prior to the Board of Supervisors.
