County of San Diego Outpatient Behavioral Health Services

Outpatient behavioral health centers provide treatment, rehabilitation, and recovery services for people who need care for mental health or substance use conditions, co-occurring disorders, or a behavioral health crisis. Services include screening, assessment, medication management, crisis intervention, and group and individual short-term therapy. Programs may also offer case management and homeless outreach services.
