We Are Moving (Temporarily!)

On June 17, 2019, the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors' Office will be temporarily relocating from Room 402 to the Lower Level, Bayside Room, in the County Administration Center. The department will be located in the Lower Level, Bayside Room, until approximately November 2019.

The department's mailing address will not change.

Upcoming Office Closures

Due to the move, certain services provided by the Clerk of the Board's Office will be impacted. Please note the schedule below:

Friday, June 14, 2019 (Room 402)

  • All Passport Services, including passport photos, will be unavailable all day.
  • Notary Services will be unavailable after 12 noon.

Monday, June 17, 2019 (Lower Level Bayside Room)

  • All Passport and Notary services, including passport photos, will be unavailable all day.
  • Other services will be available, although there may be delays in processing requests as staff are working to resume services in the temporary location.

Tuesday, June 18, 2019 (Lower Level Bayside Room)

  • All services will resume at 8 a.m. in the Lower Level Bayside Room.
