We Are Moving

On November 1, 2019, the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors' Office will be moving from the Lower Level, Bayside Room, back to Room 402 in the County Administration Center.

Upcoming Office Closures

Due to the move, certain services provided by the Clerk of the Board's Office will be impacted. Please note the schedule below:

Thursday, October 31, 2019 (Lower Level Bayside Room)

  • Passport Acceptance Services will be unavailable after 12 noon.
  • Notary Services and passport photo services will be available until 4 p.m.

Friday, November 1, 2019 (Lower Level Bayside Room)

  • All Passport Services, including passport photos, will be unavailable all day.
  • Notary Services will be unavailable after 12 noon.

Monday, November 4, 2019 (Room 402)

  • All Passport and Notary services, including passport photos, will be unavailable all day.
  • Other services will be available, although there may be delays in processing requests as staff are working to resume services.

Tuesday, November 5, 2019 (Room 402)

  • All services will resume at 8 a.m. in Room 402, Fourth Floor.
