DEHQ customer service phone lines are staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and DEHQ continues to provide several online services.  For a list of services and programs please refer to A to Z services or contact us.

Public Counter Hours: Public Counter hours are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a Lunch Break closure from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
