Lehman Tentative Parcel Map

The project is a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide 10.28 acres into four residential lots. Project site improvements include improvements to the existing public road. The site is developed with an existing single-family dwelling unit with attached garage that would be remain. Access would be provided by Linda Vista Drive. The project would be served by an on-site septic system and imported water from Rainbow Municipal Water District. No of extension of sewer and water utilities will be required by the project. Earthwork will consist of a balance cut and fill of 8,000 cubic yards of material.

Comments on the proposed findings and associated analysis must be received no later than December 15, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. (a 37-day public disclosure notice period).
