Use these forms to file or manage your property assessment appeal. Choose the form that matches what you need to do.

File or change your appeal

Submit an assessment appeal

Use the Assessment Appeal Application to formally dispute your property’s assessed value.

Add parcels to your appeal

Use the Economic Unit Supplemental Page for Additional Parcels to add connected (contiguous) parcels that function as one economic unit.

Change your hearing schedule

Request a postponement

Use the Postponements and Continuances (Reset Request) form to ask for a new hearing date.
You must submit this request within 21 days of your scheduled hearing.

Waive the 45‑day hearing notice

Use the 45‑Day Waiver of Notice of Hearing if you want to waive the standard 45‑day notice requirement.

Extend your appeal timeline

Use the Agreement to Extend Time for Assessment Appeal Hearing, also known as a 2‑Year Waiver, if your appeal is nearing the two‑year deadline and you want more time.

Reopen a denied case

Use the Reopen Request form to ask us to reopen your case if it was denied because you did not appear at your hearing.

Update your appeal details

Update your contact information

Use the Contact Information Change Request to update your mailing address, phone number, or email on your appeal.

Authorize or remove an agent or attorney

If someone will represent you, use the Authorization of Agent/Designation of Attorney form to appoint them.

To remove or replace an agent or attorney, use the Revocation or Substitution of Agent or Attorney form.

Withdraw your appeal

Use the Assessment Appeal Withdrawal form if you decide to cancel your appeal application and withdraw it from further review.
