Discretionary Permit Applications are listed below and organized by Permit Type.  Permit Application titles link to specific Permit Coversheets. Each Permit Coversheet provides important information on fees and deposits, links to forms, specific instructions and submittal requirements for that Permit Application.

Please note that if form PDS396 is required on an application, it must be completed by the Department of Environmental Health & Quality prior to submittal of the application at the Zoning Counter. DEHQ is located at 5500 Overland Ave., Suite 110, San Diego, CA 92123. Additionally, any project review fees needed for DEHQ review will be collected by DEHQ directly.
