As of January 1, 2021, C&D projects may only use a County Approved C&D Collector to haul C&D debris. A list of Approved C&D Collectors will be provided to permittees as part of the permitting process. All haulers, including Franchise and Non-Franchise haulers are required to become an Approved C&D Collector to haul C&D.

(Note: Non-Franchise C&D haulers that become Approved C&D Collectors are entitled to collect C&D debris only and are not allowed to collect solid waste.)

The County held a virtual meeting on Friday, December 18th, to review requirements to become an Approved C&D Collector and answer questions.
