CARE Partnership Group

The mission of the CARE Partnership is to bring consumers, providers, and community members together to plan services, collaborate resources, to empower women, youth, children, and families living with HIV/AIDS to educate the community and advocate for public policy.

The CARE Partnership is jointly sponsored by the San Diego HIV Planning Group and Part D Recipient.
