    • Hazardous Materials Business Plan basics, release reporting requirements, and top compliance tips.
  • Hazardous Waste
    • Hazardous Waste compliance tips and suggestions for generators to avoid them. Additionally, it will cover recent regulatory updates, including compliance with California’s adoption of the Generator Improvement Rule.
  • Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act
    • New APSA regulations, tank inspection requirements, the top 10 compliance tips.
  • Medical Waste/Small Quantity Medical Waste Registration Program
    • Biohazardous bag requirements, medical waste compliance tips, and will go into details of SQMWR eligibility.    
  • Underground Storage Tanks
    • A summary of California Code of Regulations, Title 23 draft changes, UST compliance tips, and UST Plan check updates/concerns.
  • California Accidental Release Prevention 
    • Introduction of staff that will be conducting inspections at CalARP facilities, important updates to the CalARP Program regulations, CalARP basics and compliance tips, with examples and guidance to assist in facility compliance.
