DEHQ Health Permit Fees

The County of San Diego, Department of Environmental Health and Quality (DEHQ) conducted stakeholder outreach virtual meetings and workshops to share program updates and to provide an opportunity to comment on the fiscal year 2025-26 cost recovery proposal. Thank you to all who participated and provided feedback.

DEHQ presented the fiscal year (FY) 2025-2026 cost recovery proposal to the County of San Diego Board of Supervisors (Board) on May 7, 2025. The Board voted unanimously to approve DEHQ fees for FY2025-26 and the first hearing of the proposed ordinance changes. The second hearing of the proposed ordinance changes was unanimously approved by the Board on May 21, 2025. The FY2025-26 fees became effective July 1, 2025 and can be found here on the  list of approved fees or by clicking on the blue bar below.
